First, a small disclaimer: this is not really a smart home product, but it is a product that can make your life a little easier.
For me it is very handy to have some motion activated lights around the house. For example when I (or one of the kids) have to go to the bathroom at night and I don't want to wake everybody up by switching on the lights. I had some battery operated ones but they always seem to run out of power. I saw these little lights in a pack of three online and wanted to give this a try. I know Yeelight from their smart lights and know that they are well built, so I expected nothing less from these too.
In the package there is the light, a small micro usb cable and a metal plate with an adhesive backing. The lights are magnetic so you can stick them to anything metal, or just use the little metal plate to stick it anywhere. At the back there is also a big integrated hook so that you can hang it somewhere. At the side is a micro usb port and on the other side there is a switch to set the modes: night light, off, motion activated.
The motion activated light is not that bright so which is pleasing for the eyes at night but also more than enough to light the room. Switched to the nightlight it shines a bit brighter and scares the little monsters away from my little children.
The lights seem to last months, I never had a moment when it wasn't working. They charge within an hour and have an indicator light which is red for charging and blue for full.

The light is also ideal to take with you on vacation. It helps when your to orient yourself at night and calms the little ones for having a night light. I always have a usb charger and a cable with me, so I never worry that the lights will not work. And weighing only 73 grams I see no reason not to take them with me.
